The Annual Calendar Reference 5205, which features displays for day, date, and month along a circular arc, was first introduced in 2010 in two white gold options. In 2022, Patek Philippe has given the model a fresh, modern update with a new color. The case is characterized by its curved bezel, hollowed edges, and detailed lugs, all of which are polished by hand by the brand's artisans. The olive green dial has a sunburst pattern and black gradient around the edge. The displays for day, date, and month in the upper part of the dial are easy to read, and a rose gold frame at 12 o'clock highlights the date. 

The transparent sapphire crystal allows for a clear view of the self-winding Caliber 324 S QA LU 24H movement, which features Patek Philippe's patented Annual calendar mechanism needing only one manual adjustment annually, specifically at the end of February.
